Description
Uredinia on lower leaf surface, irregular, pulverulent, hyaline, subhyaline to yellow.

Urediniospores globose, subglobose or obovoid, apex obtuse, subhyaline to yellow when fresh, 22-29 × 19-24 µm; wall 2.0 µm thick, densely echinulate.

Telia formed with uredinia on lower leaf surface, white.

Teliospores cylindrical, apex rounded, 4 or more celled, hyaline, 40-70 × 12-15 µm; wall 2.0 µm thick, smooth.
